Godzilla Easter Egg - ID4 Alien Action Figure
In the scene where they are running around the basball stadium from baby godzillas, they end up in a room with a series of computers. On top of one of the computers is an Independence Day action figure. Independence Day was done by the same group of people.

I don't think it's a model from ID4, it looks more like a queen from the movie ALIENS to me. Also, one of the military personnel(has the taxi cab info plate thrown at him) is named Hicks, also used in the movie ALIENS. I also noticed that the eggs look a lot like the alien eggs in the same movie! A bit of a stretch I know, but given the previous two references...
