Across a Wire: Live in New York City (Counting Crows) - Hidden Track
At the end of track 9 "Anna begins" the track continues to play to 13mins 54 secs as though a needle is stuck at the end of an LP. Then a studio track called "chelsea" finishes the album proper.

There's a hint on the liner notes about this egg. In Adam Duritz's big paragraph he makes reference to the horn section, saying something like,"If there were ever horns on a Counting Crows record..." these guys would play them. Also, I think there's some history to the song, involving "Chelsea" originally being cut for the Recovering The Satellites record, but winding up getting thrown out later. Don't quote me, but I wanna say I read that on the CC official site.
