In the passenger boarding scene, James Cameron is also the passenger having his beard combed for lice.

Also in the scene where they pull up the safe and everyone is cheering, James C is one of the cheerers. Thats a guess but it sure does look like him.

Maybe someone can confirm this, but I believe Cameron appears in the scene when Jack takes Rose to the lower deck to go to "A real party" as he puts it. Watch when they are dancing and drinking, check out the guy in the background with a beard and hat. Thanks

Hey hunter, you're probably right but its not "another" cameo. If it was Cameron as the man being checked for lice at the beginning (which it was) then he's obviously a 3rd class passenger. Therefore, it would only be natural for him to be at that party b/c its all 3rd class, right?

Nope. Not him getting his beard combed - in fact, that extra doesn't look anything remotely like Jim. As for the scene involving the Captain, no one bumps into him as he walks onto the bridge; he's totally alone at that point. A clean-shaven man approaches him with a life jacket, but after that there isn't anyone within 15 feet of him.

I heard that in this scene where all the water rushes in on the captain it is actually James Cameron doing the stunt

Too many half-hearted rumours about James Cameron. Can you all get your facts right so people like me don't have to read all your crap about things that aren't true...

The passenger getting his beard combed IS Cameron, and it says so in his Titanic book.

About the captain. No James did not do the stunt with the water rushing in. That was another stunt man. He was, however, manning a camera during the shoot and got an equal share of the elements.
