Toy Story - Hidden Names
There are manny hidden names in Toy Story:
1. (this can be seen when Buzz and Woody are chasing the truck) The name of the moving company is Eggman Movers. This is in honor of Art Director Ralph Eggelston.
2. (this can be seen after Sid comes home from Pizza Planet) on Sid's backpack, the words "Julie Macbarfle has kooties". This is a reference to Julie MacDonald, one of the editors of the film.
3. (this can be seen when Buzz and Woody are chasing the moving truck) The liscence plates of one of the cars reads "MOLYK9", in honor of Pixar's resident sheepdog.
4. On the for sale sign in front of Andy's house, it says "Virtual Realty" (OK, that's not really a hidden name, but it's still interesting)

When Woody is trapped under the milk crate in Sid's room, Buzz has to push off a "Binford Tools" tool box ; a reference to Tim Allen's show, "Home Improvement".

The Eggman Mover's truck appears shortly in Toy Story 2 right before they cross the street in traffic cones. Strange way to fit in a cameo!

If you look very carfully, in the scene when Woody and Buzz are fighting beneath the van at the gas station, you can see a building in the backround that says Virtual Reality on its side. It has the same logo and name as the sign in Andy's front yard. Its pretty cool.

I've just seen the part where Sid brings Woody and Buzz back from Pizza Planet and I didn't see the "Julie Macbarfle has kooties" thing on his bag, just a load of drawings. Has anyone got the DVD and can therefore get a screenshot of this? (Only of course if you have a DVD drive on your computer...)

At the Petrol Station, the truck that's about to run over Woody has a no. plate that sez-EL 4994. That could mean one of the computer staff Neftall Alvarez who's nickname was "El Magnifico", 9+4=13, the 13th letter of the alphabet is M. For Magnifico. The other no. plate on the truck was-DF 3443, dunno hoo that is. Errot Smyrl on blue book "Smyrl Smyrl Twist and Twirl" in Woody's speech. Some1 called Killin' Paul Something on a poster in Sid's room, also dunno who that is. Might not even be relevant. And finally, a sticker on the back of the Pizza Planet truck reads Kratt. Could be the Lead C.G. Painter-Tia W. Kratter. Howzat!?

when my friends and I went to see Toy Story 2, we all noticed the Virtual Realty sign, and afterward engaged in a long and deep discussion about it . . . as opposed to Virtual Reality . . .
