No it isn't! I got it to work. I'm using ImageReady 2.0 running in Windows 2000.

Hmmm.. can't seem to get this to work. How exactly do you 'type' in the word duckerboard? With the type tool? Is there any specific font that you must use? I type the word 'duckerboard' in the canvas and it does absolutely nothing.

it works - you just need to click in the background of the canvas, and type the word "duckerboard" (without the quotes). it will select the shortcut key equivalents, of course, but as soon as you are done typing, the board becomes ducks ! ! ! !

It worked, for me, with the rectangular marquee tool selected before clicking in the transparent background.

The easter egg works! Just click in it (with the rectangular marquee) and type away - the tools will give you a bit of a show at the same time. The ducks might seem small if you've set the transparency to medium (make them larger it the settings). To get rid of the ducks again, just type duckerboard again and it'll go back to the regular checkered board.

DIVA AND SLIPPY and anyone else who is puzzled: all you have to do is be in a new, transparent file in imageready and type the word duckerboard. You dont use any type "tool" you just punch it in on the keyboard. It will not make any change to the document except the background checkerboard changing to ducks!
