North By Northwest Easter Egg - The Big Green Bus

There is a frenetic rush of pedestrians and traffic in the city. These scenes are the opening credits in "North by Northwest". Cary Grant's world of fast paced business. It will soon give way to the confusion of espionage.

>>>> At the very end of the opening credits; a man runs for the bus only to have it slam it's doors shut in his face. The unfortunate man who stops at the doors of the bus with his hands outstretched and a determined look on his face is the director Hitchcock.

Watch more Hitchcock movies & watch closely. Alfred appears in all his movies.

Alfred Hitchcock did NOT appear in all of his movies. He appeared in all of his American movies and some of his British movies. So a more accurate statement would be he appears in most of his movies.

I love the scene in "Strangers on a Train" where Hitchcock wrestles a huge bass viol from a train car, causing all passengers to make way for his (and his instrument's) girth.
