Watch whenever someone is wearing a prison uniform. Most of the time (but not all), the number on it will be 'A-113'; Brad Bird's signature. Look for it also in Toy Story....

Trp writes:: In the episode where Springfield is divided up into two area-codes, we find out that the Simpsons phone number is 0113. A is the first letter in the alphabet and 0 is the first number in the numerical system, so the A was replaced with the 0, my guess anyway. Also in the same episode, corresponding with the post above, when Homer looks in the phone book for the animal control, if you pause and view the page Homer is looking at, there is an ad for Experimental Animations Dept.; 5 of 8 people found this comment helpful.
