You can view all of the cartoons on the Akbar font by opening you Character Map (that's charmap.exe in your Windows directory) and choosing the Akbar font. It will show you all of the characters of the font which includes the four "Life In Hell" cartoons.

Different computers in general seem to have different Alt+ codes to get characters. For example, � is Alt+0150 on some computers and Alt+0233 on others.
