Monkey Island 2 Easter Egg - Max Appears Once Again

1: Go into the costume shop (You will need to do this eventually to get in at the costume party).
2: Look around.
3: Have fun.

Notes: This just shows how much Lucas Art's hold Sam And Max dear...in almost every game Max (The sardistic rabbit) appears! Great fun!

Look under the staircase in the costume shop. It is the legs of Fred Flintstone! If you hold the cursor over the legs it will say (the command you have chosen) caveman Fred.

Dolphin - The costume shop is on Booty Island. Once you land, go into the first building to the right. There's lots of colours and masks and costumes. And there you are.

Yes, this egg is authentic - I've seen it myself. Also, LucasArts doesn't hold Sam & Max 'dear to its heart' - the LA Sam & Max game wasn't released until 1994 (MI2 is from 1991). S&M (that's not an unintentional pun, BTW) was an underground comic book by Steve Purcell, who does the artwork for LA's game boxes and manuals. Sam & Max are in many LucasArts games as an homage to Steve's work at the company, and the fact that the Sam & Max computer game made a HUGE amount of dough at retail when it was released. Oh yeah - the comics are WELL worth reading - there's stuff in various issues that LucasArts probably wouldn't have allowed in its games! They are available in a trade paperback called "The Collected Sam & Max - Surfin' the Highway". Order it from Amazon.com or any other book retailer! You can thank me later ;)
