Yes, that's right. Also, if you notice on their latest album cover, the registration on the Rolls Royce is the same as the registration as the one on the van parked in the background of a certain Beatles album (that's right, the one where they are walking across a zebra crossing on Abbey Road), and, in the UK, the date on the clock is the same as that of the albums' release date.

Also, if you look closely at the 'All Around The World' video, apart from the obvious Beatles reference (the whole style being 'borrowed') The space ship, at one point flies past a rubbish heap, with the Mt. Rushmore faces in the background. These were originally meant to be the faces of the Beatles, but were changed at the last moment.

I think you'll find he was referring to the intro of "don't look back in anger" rather than the entire song...the piano run is almost identical to imagine, bar the odd note.

I'd say that the Gallagher brothers are pretty big Beatle fans... Guess what Liam's son's name is? Lennon. Now take a wild guess who their favorite Beatle is... Also, the name "Oasis" was taken from a club that the Beatles used to play at. The music's all pretty similar too. They even admit to stealing from a number of Beatle songs.

Actually, Oasis' name was taken off a poster in Liam's room, not a club where the Beatles once played, as popular belief and VH1 says, I have an interview CD in which Liam discusses this.

August 21 refers to the release date of the album.

Apart from all of you stating the obvious, Noel was a roadie with the Inspiral Carpets before his Oasis days, they played at Oasis Leisure centre in Swindon at which Noel got a poster hence the name Oasis
