After the third and final episode on the commercial video of TDT#1, and after the BBC logo and the "This BBC videogram may not be..." message, there is a long period of blank screen. Persevere, however, and you will find two extra sequences, presumably cut from the episodes themselves, of Alan Partridge commentating golf and a live linkup with a trapped submarine. Then the BBC logo and warning is played again, and the video ends for real. Unfortunately, there is no hidden stuff in the second video.
