Chicago Hope Easter Egg - War of the Hospital Dramas

There is an episode of Chicago Hope where, at a hearing involving hospital business, the judge says to "The Eel" (Peter MacNichol's lawyer character), "I thought I was seeing you Thursday at 10." The Eel responds "Thursday at 10 was no good for us, so we were moved to Monday at 10.

This refers to the show's original time slot, against ER, which premiered the same season. CH was subsequently moved to Monday nights at 10pm.

I remember this happening. At the time I didn't know about "eggs". I just thought it was a funny reference.
