Dawson's Creek - I Know
Okay, if you've seen the pilot episode you'll know what I'm on about.
During the scene in the video store you can clearly see a poster of I Know What You Did Last Summer, in the classroom scene with Pacey and Tamara you can see one hanging on the door behind Pacey's head.
At the time the pilot first aired Kevin Williamson's latest (at the time) masterpiece I Know What You Did Last Summer was being released.

I also saw a poster from "I know what you did last summer" over Dawson's bed in one episode. It was the only poster that was not from a Steven Spielberg film.

"Dawson's Creek" is filmed out of the same studio in Wilmington N.C. (on the Cape Fear River) as "I Know What you Did Last Summer."

Kevin Williamson was the creator of the show. There are several more movie posters from his productions in the earlier episodes...esp. when Pacey and Dawson work in the video store.

In addition to movie posters, they also watch clips of I Know What You Did Last Summer, like in the episode The Scare.

Also the friends in I Know Whay You Did Last Summer go to Dawson's Beach the night that they hit the man. Dawson's Beach is mentioned throughout the movie in reference to newspaper articles and such.
