Seinfeld Easter Egg - More Larry David Cameos

Many people know that Larry David does the voice for George Steinbrenner, but a little less known cameo by David was the episode where Jerry was in first class and Elaine was in coach on the plane. The guy that says, "I ordered the Kosher meal," was David!

He was also the voice that screamed "Is anyone a marine biologist?" in the episode with the beached whale.

Larry Also Was a hot-dog salesman, and he was the man with the cape meeting George's father in the city.

Honestly, I'm not sure if this is actually an egg, as all of these cameos have been published in numerous Seinfeld tribute books. That being said, I'll add that Larry David was also the original voice of Newman (in the episode in which the charecter debuted-- Newman is not seen, but does threaten to commit suicide). Once Wayne Knight was cast, though, his voice was dubbed in, so as to not confuse the viewers. The same thing was done for both Jerry and George's fathers, who were played by different actors in early episodes. Once the new actors were hired, all scenes involving those characters were reshot.

Actually, the comment about Jerry's fathers is not true. In syndication, you can still catch the early episode with a different actor playing Jerry's father. They did not reshoot the scene with the actor who resumed the role for the rest of the series.

I may or may not be right, but in the episode where Jerry and Elaine go to the bakery to get a chochalate bobka and Kramer and George go to get wine and someone double parks next to them, someone who looks an awful like sadam hussein, I believe that was Larry providing his voice.

In the episode where George has a heart-attack and needs to have his tonsils removed, Jerry writes down a note half asleep watching TV. The note was Sigmund talking about "flaming globes". Sigmund on the television was Larry David. I had seen this episode numerous times and also knew what Larry looked like and never recognized it as him.
