In the beginning of the film where the story is leading up to the bomb blast, we meet Cathy Moriarty's character and establish that she's in hiding in an FBI safehouse.

In one shot, as she crosses the room I think it was (from memory, this is!), we clearly see that on the television she's been watching the original "Stakeout" is screening.

The ("Stakeout") scene shown, if I recall correctly, is the conclusion of the car chase where several police cars flip over on a grassy embankment whilst chasing Aiden Quinn's car.
