In the title scenes of Babalyon 5 a series of coffins are launched from the ship when they talk about the Earth-Membari Wars. If you freeze the frame and enlarge on a coffin (any will do since they are the same one repeated over and over) you will see on the coffin "In memory of Sharron".

I know the graphics designer who did this, Kevin Kipper, and his family and was told about it by him. He dedicated the scene to his mother who died earlier that year. She was a turrific woman and he loved her very much.
