David S. Cohen (the writer for this episode) is the man who says, "We were eating rotisserie chicken." The Poochie animator is David Silverman, the man who says, "Uh, a dog? Isn't that a tad predictable?" is Josh Weinstein, and Bill Oakley says, "So, Poochie okay with everybody?"

I disagree with the top comment. The chicken line was spoken by Richard Appel. Also, the guy who gets fired for speaking his mind is George Meyer. I'm pretty sure about these, because I've met these guys at least once.
