Also located in the "Blast from the past" shop is a stuffed animal of Roger Rabbit (Robert Zemeckis, who directed this movie, also directed Who framed Roger Rabbit), and a Nintendo game of Jaws (Steven Spielber, who co-executive produced this movie also directed Jaws). There's also another Jaws reference. There's probably more.

Also you can find in the window an old version of Mac computer. In the year the movie was made (1989) Mac considered to be state of art in personal computers.

To the guitar comment, this was while Marty McFly (the one we are following) still doesn't like to be called a chicken, so it would have happened anyway if he had not gone through the third movie and learned his lesson about chicken. Get it????

In the DVD, In 2015 when Marty looks at the newspaper, after Biff has been arrested, you can freeze the screen and watch some news about the future, such as something about Queen Diana(RIP), and someething about the president(a woman), take a look at that...

I don't know where people get 1997 from, but the Florida team mentioned in Back to the Future II LOST the World Series to the Cubs in 2015.

The giant 3D image of Jaws could also be a reference to Lea Thompson who was in "Jaws 3D."

In BTTF-II, Doc Brown explains that, because he and Marty were not in their own time, they were immune to the changes in the timeline (like when Biff stole the almanac and changed 1985). Therefore, it is not technically a paradox when Marty does not hit the Rolls-Royce, due to the fact that they were immune to changes in the time line. Also, since the accident with the Rolls-Royce was still in Marty's future, it was not yet set in stone, and could be changed. "Difficult to see..always in motion is the future..."

No, that future has been changed, just like 1985 was several times.

The whole Rolls Royce thing you talk of is crazy. Marty learned after Doc's advice in 1885 that he shouldn't get so cut when people call him yellow/chicken. So he stops getting so cut, therefore in 1985 he CHANGES the future by not hitting the Rolls Royce, therefore, when Needles calls Marty chicken in 2015, he has the guts to say no, therefore not get fired, and Jennifer's fax message disappears. The reason he couldnt play guitar in 2015 was because by then he still got cut when people called him chicken. But he changes that.

If Marty and Jennifer go to the future in 1985 to 2015 shouldn't their future selfs be non-existent due to their sudden dissapearance in 1985 to travel to 2015?

To answer the question about them disapearing in 2015 because they left 1985 to go to 2015....No! Of course not! But, as we saw in 1955...They COULD go missing in the future, but only if they stayed for too long. But because they didn't, they didn't dissapear. I hope that made sense. Code

No, the Florida team mentioned in the movie lost the Series to the Cubs because the Clock Tower guy says to Marty, "I wish I could go back in time and put some money on the Cubbies." That gives Marty the almanac idea

when Marty goes to 2015 he can't play guitar because of accident with rolls royce, but in part 3 he dosen't hit rolls royce so wouldn't this be a paradox because this is 1985 so he would be able to play in 2015

one of the sports "winners" was the team from Florida that won the World Series in 1997. what's interesting is that when the film was made, Florida didn't even have a team.
