When Neo, Morpheus and Trinity are walking to the reception area of the restaurant where the Merovingian is (just after Neo says the floors are wired with explosives) you can see the number 101 on the wall near the top of the screen.

Um 101 maybe its a reference to 1984 (the book, by george orwell)... For those of you who dont know room 101 in the book '1984' is the room where your worse nightmares come true. However that dosnt really make that much sense in this case!?.....

303 and 101 are Roland techno synthesizers marks. The 303 reference is in the original Matrix ... used to synthesize the place they are vs. they place they are supposed to be. ( The Oracle told Neo to be at THAT place at THAT time to be able to speak to the Merovingian to try to aquire the keymaker).
