Batman: The Animated Series Easter Egg - Hopey Egg
In the episode in which the Penquin tries to "go straight", he is seen getting on a bus after he is set free from prison. As he walks down the aisle, a young girl turns and smiles at the camera. She's "Hopey", from the "Love and Rockets" comic books by the Hernandez Brothers. Someone there must read independent comics.
