Toward the beginning of the game you're required to destroy exhaust fans. When you come to one of them, don't destroy it! Instead, examine the left hand corner of the fan. If you look closely, you can see a Gamecube!

It kind of makes sense why it's there. This is a Nintendo game, and Nintendo's newest console at the time was the Gamecube. This is very cool to find.
