On Part 1, Chapter 7, when you get to the cleaners lift, use it. When you get to the bottom there will be a window where you are supposed to go to progress through the game. Instead, kill the guy inside but don't go inside, follow the side of the building to around the corner and there will be another open window. Inside is a small shrine with a memorial of Miika Forsell (1983-2003), he was one of the developers of the max payne series who died.

Also, as kind of an egg within an egg, the memorial looks very similar to the Satanic ritualistic areas you blasted through in Ragna Rock in the first game.
