On Saturday nights at 8'o clock, a dog with a guitar can be found near the train station. If you talk to and listen to one of his songs the credits will play and the camera will swing around your character and the dog(named Totake). During one of the camera's swings you can faintly see Mr. Resetti in the background. You can only see him for a second or two so you should keep your eyes peeled around the whole screen.
