Go to the train station in Los Santos
Go to the mouth of the train tunnel and look up
You will see a billboard that makes a reference to the game True Crime: Streets of LA which a lot of people tipped to be better then GTA.
The billboard says,
"Get rid of old rubbish fast! True Grime: Street Cleaners"

The True Grime Billboard. Another true crime in san andreas this is in los santos rodeo . in the right a big poster with candy sux This is just a comparison to the original so those unfamiliar can see the 'play on' exactly. The word coloration and all. Pretty clever.

Yo Tim451, you wrote Claude Speed was in the original GTA's, I think what you mean is he was in GTA2 & GTA3 and made an appearance in GTA San Andreas and his nick-name (besides "Mute") is "Fido" and their is a reference made to Fido in GTA Advanced when him and two others try to kill Mike who is the main character in GTA Advanced.

intresting...any way has anybody else other than me now that there is another two easter eggs on this game not posted? well here they are: 1. ghost grafity. in the gravyard in los santos, if your there at 20:00pm there should be graffity pop up in places and mysterly dissapear after 6:00am.spooky. number two. hidden tunnel. okay i forgot the name of the place but i can descripe.there are some little ruins in a town and the is a native american tent there as well. And behind some rocks turn right and there should be a tunnel which leads underground with a wanted lvl star under there,the strange thing is, it is the only tunnel you get to go under :l and you can be able to drive a monster truck under there. god a lot of writing.

you know, there is alot of stuff on that. They have a reference to the guy from GTA 3. Carl goes up against him in a race, and catalina and the mute guy go to Liberty city. It is there that she will rob a bank with "the mute" as carl calls him, and then she will betray him... Carl gets the deed to a garage from the mute.
