Rocko's Modern Life Easter Egg - PCP Reference

In the episode of 'Rocko's Modern Life', where Rocko and Spunky go to the super market where there is a 99% of sale, Spunky gets wrapped in meat wrapping by accident. When Rocko notices this while in line, he tries to persuade the man with spunky that dog meat is bad for you. By doing this, Rocko lists many things bad in it, such as, MSG's and other things such as these. While doing this, he mentions, PCP's, which is a chemical sometimes used in pot as a hallucinogen.

After saying this, the man replies, " I happen to like PCP's."

This is from the episode "Rock's Happy Sack". As corrected earlier, both Rocko and the man he is talking to say "PCB's", not "PCP's" (PCB's belong to a broad family of man-made organic chemicals known as chlorinated hydrocarbons. PCBs were domestically manufactured from 1929 until their manufacture was banned in 1979). Rocko also claims dog meat contains BVD's, which is a brand of men's underwear.
