In fact, the Max Payne series has been developed by Remedy Entertainment, but Max Payne 2 was published by Rockstar in the year 2003. So, I guess this could be an easter egg, and a well conceiled one.

Cheatsamigo, its because the screenshot is from the PC version. PC versions of every GTA game has better graphics than their PS2 cousins.

On the intro screen of the game, the first screen that appears is the Rockstar Logo, then Remedy Entertainment appears, followed by Max doing a bulletdodge and then the Max Payne 2 logo. So there.

I had a look at this on my PS2. There was somthing like that written on it, but had i not seen this egg first, i couldn't have made it out. It was really fuzzy and blurry on my Playstation. I wonder did anyone use Adobe Photoshop to make it more clear?
