Shady Acres Easter Egg - Shady Acres

This egg is in reference to the common siting of the location "Shady Acres" in TV, films and video games.
Places where it can be seen include:

Happy Gilmore - it is the retirement home, Happy's grandma is sent to.

South Park Series 6 Episode 4 "The New Terrance and Phillip Movie Trailer". It is, again, the name of a retirement home.

"GTA Vice City" It is the name of a building on the second island and is also mentioned in one of the radio adverts.

The final place I have seen this is in Ace Ventura, Pet Detective. It is the name of the mental hospital, they visit.

All of these, I believe, are in reference to Tom Shadyac, a producer/ director who set up a company called "shady Acres". I am sure there are other places where Shady Acres has been used.
