On chapter six cont..., after you get past most of the level you will be on some stair things outside of the building. Go down untill you get to a room where a guy is shot out of the window, there will be a cleaner in the room, go to the t.v. on the right side of the room and turn it on... you should see a clip of what looks like an old Grand Theft Auto game.
