Okay, at the point where you are escorted EVA to the lake, after she's been injured, you can go into the survival viewer, and into the cure menu. Select EVA, and press R1(or R2, can't remember which one.) To see her skeleton. Hold Triangle down to zoom in on her chest. Then rotate her skeleton to view it from the side diagnolly. You should be able to see her chi-chi chongas. Also, if you click into her medical history, it has some pretty interesting things in it, as well as the food eaten. Enjoy.
