You'll need to hit a short timed switch to open the door, and you'll need to of learned the speed shoes ability from Bottles in Gobi's Valley. Anyway, once inside, make your way forward toward the organ and make your way up ontop of the piano (jump from the foot pedals to the bench and finally onto the piano keys). Make your way up the steep slope with talon trot and you'll see a music book with a ghostly hand nearby. If you complete the hand's challenge, but that's not what we are here for.

Take a good look at the book. If you can read music, then you'll notice that Rare wrote out the first 8 measure of the Mad Monster Mansion Theme. It even contains the chords on the lower staff! It is a bit off, they wanted to keep it simple and clean, so the biggest division of notes is an 8th note, but it's still pretty neat. I'm guessing adding the 16th notes would of made the sheet music too messy looking and unrecognizable
