In the episode of Space Ghost featuring Colin Quinn, Goldie Hawn, Red Green, and Tommy Davidson, a truly clever egg can be found. Throughout the episode, Space Ghost makes references to the Beatles, who he claims to have gotten as a musical guest. In the second half of the show, "the Beatles" arrive, but it is obviously not them. Dedicated alternative rock fans will notice the group to be indie legends Pavement. But this is not the egg.

Earlier in the episode, Moltar speaks to Colin Quinn before sending him on. In the bottom-left corner of the screen are the words "Zorak is Stained." This is obviously a play on words; On Pavement's first album, Slanted and Enchanted, there is a song called "Zurich is Stained." A nice little reference for Pavement fans to see.
