Spear of Destiny Easter Egg - Explanation of Two Backdoor Passwords

The previous egg entries to this category mentioned the two passwords that always let you in past the "answer a question from the manual" copy protection used by this game, 'pelt' and 'joshua'. Neither mentioned the significance of these two words. This type of copy deterence can be considered a firewall to playing the game - only owners of the manual could get past the initial boot process to play the game. 'joshua' is the secret password to avoid the firewall in the movie "War Games", thus the game's reply of "Want to play a game, Dr. Falken?". 'pelt' is what Jason of the Argonauts used to sneek past the guarding centaur. He covered himself with a sheep pelt and snuck by the blind guard by pretending to be one of the sheep, thus the game's reply of "..gold spray paint". Got it?
