This does occur during the regular movie, but it is easier to spot in the menu, so I highly reccomend yo use the menu. When you go to the main menu and hit chapters, it should switch to a scene of Otah Gunga, the Gungan city. Look closeley to the left of Qui-Gon. Beside him there is a Gungan wearing a Santa Hat! At first I thought this was just the top of the gungans' head, but if you look again you will see it is too red to be part of the gungan. This is pretty cool. This Gungan comes in toward the end of the shot so keep that in mind.
