At the very begining of the episode Hurley is Eating and drinking all the food in his dream watch when he pics up the milk and drinks it there is a missing add on it and the picture is of Walt

Verified. Actually, Hurley drinks from the same carton of milk twice & in the second instance, you get a much longer (approx. 1 1/2 seconds) view of the picture. I believe that the episode is called "Everybody hates Hugo", it's on Season 2, disc 1. It's just before Hurley sees Jin (speaking English) & some weird piñata-looking thing.
