Michael (Franz Ferdinand) Easter Egg - A (well-meaning) Hidden Message

At the beginning of the second verse (about 1:33 into the song) there is a backwards voice. But instead of satanic messages or an inside joke, it's bassist Bob Hardy saying "Phone your mum. She worries about you." The band has said in interviews that they love easter eggs and wanted to put one in their songs.
