Grandma's Boy: Unrated Easter Egg - Alternate Pictures on Main Menu

At the main menu highlight Scene Selection then press left on the DVD remote. A blue game controller should be highlighted. Press enter on the DVD remote and the main menu starts over with new unrated pictures to the right of DVD options.
