You have to click Times New Roman to highlight it and then hold Ctrl+Shift when right-clicking and selecting Properties. Then the extra tab shows up.

Okay, it WORKS. On Win95. WinXP/Vista users download the file here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/3/a/c/3ac0b656-54cf-4d39-8d4c-3506a0679f5e/setup.exe Win95/98/everything else users download the file here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/f/f/effe51ca-369d-4a15-ba47-d465336efcbf/ttfext.exe You DON'T need to reboot. Click No when it asks you to. You'll see a pile of tabs popup when you SHIFT+CLICK on "Times New Roman", plus an additional one, "TrueType credits" :) If you want proof then I can email you a copy of my screen with the credits displayed - asmqb7 at gmail dot com.
