On the page after the epilogue, there is a page with a code that says :

if you substitute each number with the first letter of the corresponding chapter and leave the letters as they are you will get: TVCIRHIOLFENDLADCESCAIWUE. Put the letters in five rows of five:

Read it up to down starting with the first column on the left and it will be: THEDAVINCICODEWILLSURFACE
Put in spaces: The Da Vinci Code will surface.
