In the episode "love and monsters", Victor says the files were affected by Bad Wolf virus
In the last episode where the Doctor meets Rose she says she is in Norway at a place called "Bad Wolf Bay"
Bad Wolf is a connection between Rose and the Doctor which was revealed at the end of series 1 as to have been made by Rose through the TARDIS so she could always find him and come back to him
