Lost Easter Egg - Hurley in Korea?

In Season 1, Disc 5, pick the episode titled "In Translation". At approximatelly 15 minutes, 10 seconds into the episode, when Jin is speaking with Byung Han (the Secretary of Environmental Safety), there is a scene in which the Secretary's daughter is shown watching TV. If you look closely, you can see Hurley getting into a vehicle (can't tell what type) with a whole bunch of Korean characters around him. This is when Jin's luck starts going south with his Fater-In-Law. An interconnection with Hurley's numbers & his bad luck?
