If you view any epsiode from the second season that has the countdown clock in it, you will find one of JJ's other numbers. Everyone know's the Lost numbers, but in Alias which JJ Abrams also had a hand in creating featured hidden 47 (doors, serums, addresses, pages, exposures on a camera) Now in several Lost episodes, the countdown clock reaches the number 47 exactly as something important happens in the hatch (a fight, walt talking to Michael on the computer)

Also little extra tibit Locke was a reoccuring character on Alias as Agent Kendall. And the pilot from the first episode(the one who gets mauled)? Another reoccuring Alias character, Eric Weiss.
