Phil of the Future Easter Egg - Herbert G Wells

The school that Phil and everyone else goes too is named Herbert G. Wells. You might know this man better as HG Wells who was a science fiction writer and wrote "The Time Machine" which started that aspect of science fiction writing known as time travel. Time travel is also the premis of "Phil of the Future"
