1. get lost season 2 disc 6 (i think) and watch the episode called the 23rd psalm.

2. watch up to the bit when mr eko comes face to face with the black smoke.

3. when the smoke covers the whole of the tv *the bit when the camra goes into the smoke* pause

4. keep pressing pause to make it go frame by frame till you see the smoke flash like lightning

5. look closely at the flash to see clips of mr eko's past
