Grand Theft Auto 3 Easter Egg - Zombie Elvis

In Liberty City, if you just stop and watch the world go by, then you can see newspapers trailing in the wind, if you read these, then the most noticable headline is "Zombie Elvis found", with a picture of Elvis Presley's face but in a blueish skin tone. I have also seen this egg in another GTA, maybe LCS or Vice City.

You are right, this easter egg is also in the PC version of Vice City, however it isn't in the PS2 version of Vice City though.
