Pirates of the Caribbean; At World's End Preview

At the end of the Preview when Captian Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) is talking with Lord Cutler Beckett (Tom Hollander) and lighting a cannon, take a look at the cannon hole. They Put a small action figure that looks like Lord Cutler Beckett (Tom Hollander) dressed up. The preview is to blury to tell who it is of but you can see it is dressed for the part.
