Far Cry Easter Egg - Developer's Message

At the beginning of the Research level (#5), turn and go Sse (use compass) and swim over to small island. Keep going that direction and you will come to a peak and a cliff; look down and you will see a body, sign and fire ring. Work your way down to there and on the opposite side of the sign is a message in Russian.
Translated it says: 'Design Rules'.

There is a another letter before the 'D', but not sure what it is.
