Third Rock from the Sun Easter Egg - John Lithgow and Rock Music
In the episode "Tricky Dick" from season 3, Tommy joins a garage band that plays loud rock music much to Dick's dislike. Infact he rants at Tommy for his irreverance.
A tribute to one of John Lithgow's most famous roles in "Footlose" where he also put down loud music and dancing.
