Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories Easter Egg - Your peers advise it - explicit content

1.) Go just south of Toni's Portland safehouse.
2.) Face north and look at the billboard. You will see an advertisement for the Madd Dogg record "Still Madd" (itself a reference to GTA: San Andreas as Madd Dogg was a character in that game). At the bottom left of the billboard there is what looks like a "parental advisory - explicit content" warning however upon closer inspection it actually says "your peers advise it - explicit content"
