Rome: Total War Easter Egg - All Your Base

Start a new campaign as the Seleucid Empire (I have only seen the work when playing as the Seleucid, but it may be possible with other factions).

Next start a war with Egypt, after few turns they will send a diplomat to you asking you to become their protectorate. Their greeting to you will include the phrase "All Your Base Are Belong To US!"
