Baldurs Gate II: Throne of Bhaal Expansion - Picture of the Creators in Bg2:tob Files
If have installed BG:ToB use Near Infinity or similar program to view/edit files.
In cd5\data\area300e.bif (folder in your BG2 folder you will find picture named ar3023.mos, actuali this is not texture or picture of some map ... this is some of the creators of BG2 holding the game :) (sample http://img224.imageshack.us/img224/6653/ar3023ui1.jpg )
that is :)
P.S. if you look the others image from this file you will find texture of BG1 gameplay, maps, loading screens, menus and etc.

This egg, is surprisngly, an egg in the game. Look at the easter egg 'Picture of the Creators' and you'll see that that image you found, was a map, which is used as an in-game egg. Also, using a certain cheat code, in Baldurs Gate II you can play the entire intorduction of Baldurs Gate I included with the old loading screen (which is smaller, because of the higher resolution in BGII). I think it crashes after a while though. BGII is a massive rework of the same engine of BGI, that is why some of the old data files are there. Still, good find
